Vinyl fencing panels is a hot selling brand and is particularly popular in residential building’s owners. Step 1:
Begin with marking the positions where the panels will be placed. After this, highlight the corner post with some spray paint similarly for the other posts. Distance between the posts should be kept around 8’.
Step 2:
Now, it’s time to start real process. Dig holes for corner posts, dimensions of the holes should be 24” inch deep and diameter should be around 10”. Once done with this then put some gravel into the holes, purpose of this gravel is to absorb any moisture or water inside the soil so that it doesn’t affect panels.
Now put the post into the hole, they should be properly positioned and level .Brace the posts at top with 2”x4”, this is temporarily done.
Step 3:
Now join the top edges of corners post with each other through some thread. Make sure that thread should be leveled. This is done to give us a reference mark for the remaining posts placement. Once done, posts which lie within the corner posts should be placed. Keep a proper level between the posts.
Step 4:
Now we have to assemble the remaining posts .Manufactures have given guidelines about the installation. These panels comprise of top and bottom rail and a slat. Following the instructions of manufactures, place the panels in their respective holes i.e. fix them.
Step 5:
Finally we will permanently fix the post .For the purpose cement mixture is poured into hole, and leave the site for a night for drying. Braces will be removed after drying. Using PVC cement install vinyl tops.
